Ramesh Sathiah
Ramesh is a composer and sonic branding strategist who has spent over two decades making brands sound like themselves — whether that's a two-second audio logo or a full sonic architecture. But before the brands, there were the bands. He started out as an engineer at Rocking Horse Studios in Byron Bay, working with acts like Cruel Sea and Spiderbait, produced Grinspoon's debut EP and Album ‘Alibies and Other Lies’
That musical foundation carried through into his roles as partner at Song Zu and ECD at MassiveMusic, where he helped shaped the sonic identities of Qantas, Etihad Airways, CommBank, Woolworths, Jetstar, Canva, Big W, Optus, the Australian Open, and ADF Careers.
As co-founder of Saliō Sonic Strategy and partner at Studio Tonic, he's now building the kind of creative music house he always wanted to work in — where strategic thinking and musical instinct sit under one roof.
When he's not composing, he's out riding his road and gravel bikes, and spending time with his beautiful young daughter and wife.

Emma Duncan
With 17 years in the industry, Emma has pretty much done it all… a decade as Head of Production, a Talent Agent wrangling voice artists and on-camera divas (both the delightful and the dramatic), a TV Agency & Film Producer, and now boldly stepping into her next chapter as Chief Executive Producer. Essentially, she’s the Energiser Bunny of production: she doesn’t stop, she doesn’t slow down, and she definitely doesn’t come with an off switch. Em has made a career out of herding industry chaos, shaping wild ideas into shiny, award-winning realities across film, TV, sound, and music.
